Niantic Update: Two-thirds Complete

Cianbro/Middlesex team members at the Niantic River Bascule Bridge Replacement Project in Connecticut have made considerable progress over the summer of 2011. The crews put plenty of focus on the approaches to the moveable bridge during the warm summer months, and now are looking toward a shift in focus to the new control house, track realignment, approach steel, and the main structure. Jeff Roig from Middlesex and Kris Ballard from Cianbro discuss the progress the team members have made over the past few months, and the prospects that the crews face during the upcoming winter.
